01Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of lapisai.id (the “Site”), operated by PT Lapis Kecerdasan Buatan (“LapisAI”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
02About LapisAI
LapisAI is a company established in Indonesia and a member of Xquisite AI. We build an enterprise AI platform made up of Redroot (data platform), Redwood (ontology and company knowledge) and Relai (AI workspace, coding agent and desktop agent).
03Products and agreements
These Terms cover the Site only. Our products are provided under separate terms:
- Relai is governed by its Terms of Service at relai.lapisai.id/terms and its Privacy Policy at relai.lapisai.id/privacy.
- Redroot, Redwood and enterprise deployments of Relai are governed by the agreement, order form or pilot agreement signed between LapisAI and your organisation.
If anything in those terms or agreements conflicts with these Terms, they take precedence for the product concerned.
04Using this site
You may view, print and share pages of the Site for your own information and for evaluating our products. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that breaks Indonesian law, including Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (as amended) and the PDP Law.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system, or test their vulnerability without our written permission.
- Interfere with the Site's operation, for example by overloading it or introducing malicious code.
- Scrape or copy the Site in bulk, or reuse its content to build a competing product.
- Present yourself as LapisAI or suggest that we endorse you when we do not.
If you find a security issue, please report it to hello@lapisai.id rather than exploiting it.
05Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics and code, belong to LapisAI or its licensors. LapisAI, Redroot, Redwood, Relai and their logos are trademarks of LapisAI. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to our products accurately.
Other names and logos on the Site, such as cloud providers, databases and AI tools, belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean those owners endorse LapisAI.
06Information on this site
- Product descriptions are general information, not an offer or a commitment. Features, availability and supported platforms may change, and items marked “early access” or “new” may not be available in every deployment.
- Examples on the Site, including numbers, branches, companies and documents, are illustrative sample data, not real customer data.
- Figures from third parties, such as industry benchmarks, are cited from their sources. We do not guarantee their accuracy.
- Statements about future products or plans reflect our current intentions and may change.
07Enquiries and feedback
When you contact us, we handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential information until we have agreed in writing how it will be protected, for example under a non-disclosure agreement.
If you send us ideas or feedback about our products, we may use them to improve our products without any obligation to you. This does not give us any right to your confidential information or your data.
08Third-party links
The Site links to other websites, including our product sites and third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of websites we do not operate.
09Disclaimer
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its information is complete or current.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LapisAI and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.
11Indemnity
You agree to compensate LapisAI and its affiliates for claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the dispute will be settled in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
